I bought my wife a nice Nikon digital camera two years ago. It’s a great camera, but it has one flaw she doesn’t like…..it takes much too long for the picture to “capture/take/flash” once she depresses the button to “take” the picture.
By the time she selects her shot and tries to capture it, the person has already moved in many cases.
I’d like to buy her a “fast” camera but I don’t know what I should be looking for.
Can someone advise me on what I need to look for in a “quick” responding digital camera?
This morning I saw a Kodak camera that has a “Shutter Speed of 4 – 1/1400s”…..whatever that means????
Is this Kodak a “fast” camera?
Thanks to all that respond.
camcorder or digital camera….ok i thought that digital camer’s can record videos if thats the case cant i just buy a digital camera to record my son’s birth? how long to they record? i have no knowledge whats so ever about camera’s i need help
It never occurred to me that you could do this. People do it all of the time for their cameras.
Then it occurred to me that this is such a simple solution, someone must have thought of it by now, so there must be a problem with it. Do the batteries not hold the charge or something? Or is it possible to keep a spare battery for your cell phone?
1. as a private citizen, is it legal to record while you drive? This would be used in case of an accident or getting pulled over.
2. would that video be admissable in court?
Only real answers wanted, however, i know many can’t resist telling their opinion.
I am going to the Flordia Key in two weeks. I know all about the camera water casing (they cost alot). I was thinking about buying desposible underwater cameras, but my instructor that the cameras would not take good pictures. I own a Digital SLR camera, but I think it would be risky to bring it underwater, even with a covering. Should I buy a waterproof digital camera (Camera types?)? Any solutions (Not requiring loads of money)?
Also, is there any “rules” to taking pictures underwater? Lastly, is there any procedures to taking good pictures underwater?
